INTRODUCTION TO TRAINING

These courses are designed for leaders and teams at any level in the organization (and/or from different regions) to come together, and develop new communication skills in a fun, creative way. This is taken further by addressing how ideas, goals and strategies are communicated and implemented. As new concepts and processes are explored, attendees gain insights about themselves and others. Although there is lecture and discussion throughout the course, the best learning is done by participating in exercises that use all of our learning senses.
